The project is situated in Riyadh, skillfully blending urban energy with natural serenity through a central axis that connects the vibrancy of Khurais Road with the tranquility of King Salman Park.
At the starting point of the axis stand a geometrically pure mosque and three staggered hotel-office towers. These structures serve not only as visual anchors along Khurais Road, but also as landmark buildings offering panoramic views of the city and the park. The iconic hotel towers, with their sleek designs and strategic placement, shape a distinctive skyline while seamlessly bridging the urban and natural contexts.
Extending along the axis, the layout sequentially connects a shopping mall, a sunken plaza, a leisure tennis court and a landscaped kindergarten, ultimately leading to King Salman Park.
Flanking the linear green public space are mid-to-low-density high-end residential clusters. Community green spaces at a human scale and expansive park plaza landscapes are thoughtfully arranged across multiple sections of the site, creating a vibrant yet tranquil community environment.
The use of local sandstone and layered hardscape materials fully respects the regional context and natural environment, profoundly interpreting the Arabian cultural identity.
