Jaeger Kahlen Partner bids farewell to OCT Loft studio, its home for the past several years. We move to a newly furnished design office in Shekou, close to Sea World.

Jaeger Kahlen Partner has been invited to present a design proposal, as part of an international competition, for the new headquarters building for Shenzhen Capital Investment Group. The tower propolsal is located in the upcoming Houhai Business District in Shenzhen, China.

Nanfang University Technology Park zone A, B and C were completed at the begging of this year. The first new tenants for the office and reserach spaces are expected to move in in the early spring. The construction of zone D is expected to begin sometime next year.
