Following an international competition held in 2013 Jaeger Kahlen Partner has been shortlisted for the next stage of the competition to design the new Liuxiandong Headquarters, located in the upcoming Xili central area, a northern region of Nanshan District in Shenzhen, China.

The construction work of Zone C of Nanfang University Technology Park is almost completed. The removing of the scaffold has begun and final facade details have been examined. The buildings in Zones C are expected to be completed at the begging of 2014.

The construction of Zone B of Nanfang University Technology Park project has reached the topping out stage as the last beams were hoisted in place and completing the overall structures framing. The buildings in Zones A and C are expected to be completed at the begging of 2014.

Jaeger Kahlen Partner is shortlisted in the final round for China Energy Tower. The design of the super high-rise office tower was among the three propolsals selected for further evaluations. The preferred design scheme is expected to be announced next month.
